After about 3 months the microphone cover came off and I lost it (probably my fault for dropping it and accidently shutting it in the lock mechanism of the car boot)but Jabra were fantastic and replaced the complete pack free of charge, unfortunately the replacement didn't work, I could dial out and hear people but they couldn't hear ...
