I know this is an ooolllld thread but i got sent this today. 3times from the same phone (a 6630).
Deleted it straight away as it was a sis file & i know my 6230i doesnt use sis files so i was a bit dubious. Lo and behold i seach it here and its a virus.

They can't be blocked, if you send something by bluetooth - your network has no way of knowing.

AFAIK formatting the phone will kill the virus, as well as (obviously) everything else the user installed.
For example, the Siemens SX1 can be formatted by holding the * and # keys while turning on.
