i wonder if someone could help me.

i have vista and the samsung d900i. was really happy when i saw samsung had made PC studio for vista but i keep getting this really annoying COM registration failed error message whenever i try to install it which then requests that i restart the system....not really sure what that means
and then after a while windows tell me that launcher.exe has failed.... again not too sure what this means either

hopefully im being really dumb and its an easy fix but i have no idea how to fix it so any suggestions are welcome
