Help required getting Mobile Email

Hi, can anyone point me in the right direction to get mobile email on my devices? I have a nokia E61 and Sony Ericsson M600i.

A guy a work with has suggested running a trial of Always-On Mail from http://www.workoutofoffice.com/software/internet_edition however as I'm completely new to mobile email I wanted to know if anyone had any experience of this software good/bad?

Any other recommendations for mobiel email software - I cant be the only one who's looking for it?
