Well I my cellphone may be the cheapest Nokia I could find, but I have an awesome palm, the T|X. I got it last christmas for a gift and fell in love, my other computer is a large desktop replacement type laptop and it just is not something that I would want to lug around. The T|X has WiFi, infrared, serial, SDIO, and of course bluetooth. I just recently began to experiment with the bluejacking potentials of this device. Mostly I had been using the WiFi to make it into a remote control for my computer. VNC works great for that. You can also hotsync from anywhere to backup or update your palm via the internet. That coupled with VNC ensures that you can always snag a document or picture while you wait in a cafe or library.
The WiFi however drains the battery fairly fast, and there is no mic port so you cannot use VOIP programs with it. There has been some talk of using a bluetooth headset with it, but I have yet to find anything about one working. If you do not turn on the WiFi or bluetooth, it will run all day. It is good for reading e-books or PDFs. The built in speaker is low quality, but there is a headphones port so i don't use it much. There have been some cases of something sticking inside the headphones port and making the device think the headphones are in, which disables the internal speaker, but it has never happened to me.
The screen is nice, I like the black case, and besides sometimes crashing at odd moments it is a pretty solid device. When it comes to bluejacking it has a batch send feature, so it would technically be possible to make all the phones in a room ring one after the other, but I have never tested it.
The buttons can be reprogrammed to function as a shortcut and they already have one defaultly linked to "contacts" which makes for easy bluejacking. I like this device, but palm OS doesn't offer many options.
Right now I'm waiting for the guys at Hack and Dev to get linux for the T|X working, they have the basics down but currently bluetooth and WiFi are not supported. I'll just have to wait, but it will probably be worth it.
