I'm frustrated! Very frustrated!! Twisted Evil

My bike's off the road at the moment as the tax & MOT have ran out along side the insurance. I need a few things changed, like brake pads, discs, tyres, etc. and that takes time. I'm reduced to being a passenger, and what's worse is it's going to be a week or two before the bike's back on the road. HELP! I'm on a bus which takes between 35 and 45 minutes to travel a journey that's 5 miles. Evil or Very Mad

Anyway, as I was waiting for the bus last night, my girlfriend was texting me, always does. I'd replied and made sure it had gone. The 363 pulls up as I'm locking the phone and up flashes "Receive message via Bluetooth from Arriva?". Even after 3˝ hours sleep and 9 hours at work I can see what's going to happen here. --Accept--

Yep, thought so! The one thing that did stand out was at the bottom of the contact - www.bluejackq.com Shocked

WTF? A local jacker from the site? The bus pulled away. Well I'm not running after it to jack them back. Whoever Arriva is, (and I've searched the site) well done - you jacked my MAD N-Gage. Very Happy

I'm now looking for either Java or S60 software to run on a 6600 and an N-Gage to turn off the MAD security side of the phones. If anyone knows of any, can you post the URL? Thanks.

I don't think you can turn off the mnaual accepting aspect of your phone - you might be able to diable it when receiving from a paired phone (you can on the N-Gage anyway).

But what a brilliant bluejack! Whoever did it should 'own up' - its brilliant!

Aye, cheers DM.
My favourite jack of all was while I was on the bike! The phone was vibrating as I was filtering through the traffic at the Tyne Tunnel (at the request of tunnel control officials) the phone started vibrating on my leg.

Given that the 6600 is a MAD, logic dictates that something pressed the button to accept the file. The only thing near the phone was my lighter in the same pocket.

I'm not saying that everyone with tinted windows is ugly, but this little boy racer whom I passed while he played with his phone looked like the Elephant Man's less fortunate stunt double with the appearance of someone with a lower IQ than a Happy Meal.

What did he send through? An AMR clip of some asian music from goodness knows what. I'd have thought that a BT nick of "Deaf-Biker" would have made him think twice. Oh well.

I'm the first to admit that I'm always playing with one of the phones, so considering I have two MADs, I get BJ'd a lot. It's the only time I've been BJ'd whilst en route though!

LMAO!! thats one of the funnist things ive heard all day.

the chances are that the phone pressed up your leg and accepted the file. unless youve found a way to auto-accept, but i doubt that.

Thanx DJ,

If you liked that you should see some of the html I write. Just wish I had the net at home so I could ftp it to a server. I'll have to send you a zip file or something.
Maybe if you're in the North East some time I'll put it on my MMC chip and tooth it to ya!
