Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Bluetooth headset
I purchased this headset never having owned a Bluetooth before and also being a complete technophobe found it really easy to set up. The only downside to it is that it is sometimes difficult to keep on, as I wear glasses and when I'm wearing them both, my glasses don't sit properly over my ears.

Also, I find that I do need to charge it every day, but over and above that it is an excellent product.
